I found that my watch does not give correct blood pressure readings. I had a stress test and the numbers were not anywhere near what the nurse received.
So does ECG pick it up, I go to emergency room during day and get the all clear.. But I get very rapid heartbeat when I sleep, 160 beats, numb hands and dizziness.. Its awakening me every two hours..
Hello. Sometimes atrial fibrillation will come and go, and may not be present when an EKG is performed. There are longer-term monitors that can be ordered to look for this. Those can be ordered through a patient's primary doctor, or cardiologist. I suffer from periodic A fib, if you you have a good smart phone (if you don't, buy one) there is a surprisingly accurate finger EKG called Kardia which I picked up 2 years ago for 100 bucks. Recommended by my cardiologist. It will immediately tell you if you are possibly in Afib, if you aren't it says Normal Sinus Rhythm. It will be the best hundred bucks you have ever spent.
