it’s playful n cute but it was when they put the cat back in the bucket/pool w water balloons 3 more times after the cat kept jumping out that it felt off, it’s exploration until the cat clearly communicates ‘yo I don’t like this’ and they keep doing it. ice directly on skin can cause burns too which isn’t great either.
