    I was representing myself, and a judge said, " A man that represents himself in court has a fool for a client". So after the trial I went down and filed a motion for a new trial and then I made a formal complaint about his bias behavior.

    Is it normal for a Judge to not care that your court appointed attorney didn't submit your evidence and tell you that your lawyer will speak for you to be quiet when asking your lawyer where the evidence is. This is not justice this is not fair. The claim that these judges are impartial and unbiased is complete bs.

    • @TheLanceLawyers
      @TheLanceLawyers  Год назад +1

      Judges, normally do their best to be fair. There are good judges and judges that need improvement. If you have an attorney, the judge will look to the attorney to speak for you. You may need to change attorneys if they are not performing well. Thanks for watching.

      They'll let it happen if you allow it and don't speak up. On appeal they'll justify it as a "strategic decision"...I've seen it hundreds of times. You have just as much right to argue your case as an attorney does! REMEMBER: it's your neck on the line and nobody elses. If the judge denies you the opportunity to argue your case or to enter evidence they have committed reversible error. You are not a little child that must be led by the hand across a busy intersection. The attorney is there to assist you, not to be your replacement...speak up if they arent representing your interest vigorously.

    The court belongs to the people...judges should remember, and perhaps be reminded, they are merely the current custodian charged with the fiduciary duty of discharging the judicial function. The court existed long before the judges great-great-grandfather drew his first breath, and the court will be here long after the bones of the judges great-great-grandchildren turn to powder. The halls of justice belong to society, not to petulant personalities in black robes who esteem themselves more highly they ought!

Then he called his dad , his dad come over the house and hit me grab me and choke me when my husband was trying to get him off of me and his grandpa come to straight my son and to called the juvenile on my son. When his grandpa put his hands on me my son got out of his room and said get your hands off my mom . When the cops arrived I was scared and frightened I was afraid for my life and my kids. I was still p protecting my family , I didn’t tell the cops the truth. When I file the DV and now the police report is making my case hard, because the judge won’t believe me now. What is it should I do? I really need protection, I also have audio recordings my son is saying why grandpa hit my mom , and how his grandpa come in and hit me got physical with me. What should I do now ? Please advise, I don’t want the DV to drop, I have court hearing on November 13 , what should I do ?

    Me and my me and my boyfriend have been staying at a friend's automobile shop that was shut down for a lot of years and had been getting broken into and we went and walked down the street and had supper one night and I'm going to walk back we know it's the light was on so we went across the alley to talk to the owner and he called the cops and take the cops 45 minutes to get there and then on top of that to add insult to injury they took my boyfriend to the side and said I was crazy and then they went in the lights came on in front of them they told both of us it was a power surge so I had to go to the building myself and I'm going to check it out and I checked the power switch and it's turned on of course so I go back out and the police are already gone they already left it even wait for me to go in and out so we went ahead and turn the night we went inside the camp because I had been going through all these antique coins for a friend of mine and his brother died and there was a lot of coins and I was going through my grandfather's I have been studying for the last 2 years on all those coins that were both are his brothers and my grandfathers and I was in the shop and I fell asleep but my boyfriend got up the next morning to use the restroom outside someone grabbed me by the throat and slam me and I got away I ran across the alley to the to the owner's house and banged on the other side I told him to call the cops and took the cops freaking 5 Seconds to get there tonight they separate both of us they put me in the back of the seat of the cop car they take him on the front porch and they start harassing him and tell him I'm saying this and not saying this and that will since they didn't do their job the night before apparently somebody had been locked into that garage with us and they were waiting for him to get out of the way or use the bathroom so they can get those coins for me well I didn't think about it at the time I was blaming my boyfriend and then then they proceeded the cops to go inside the owner's house that I hadn't been in and the owner told them that it was not my life that I hadn't been inside there but they took a knife off his table and they charged me with domestic with a deadly weapon they ran my boyfriend's not a gun they had just bought it came back clean in front of the owner and two of his friends but they charged him with his stolen weapon they later recant that but we go to jail anyway I had to pay to get the police report so as I get booked into the jail that morning I had all this coins in my bra the ones that were worth a lot and I had to jump on my purse and I had 1944 still 1943 D copper I had two 1909 to 1914 there was a whole bag of coins so I took the time to write each one out State them out loud and then had them sign and date and where I signed and dated into my property now I'm a perfectly clear for them to put that up and not for not to let them have anything to it and then she watched me the whole time and it's on camera and I stated him out loud so when I go to get released that she takes that piece of paper that was my property cuz my coins are there and she wasn't even throw it away when I asked her on camera if I could have that paper it was in my property she told me I didn't need it when I seen her supervisor walking in and she didn't realize that I turned to her supervisor at my back to her she starts to burn rush me everything's okay search by Rashmi and then her supervisor when you put her arm around my back she was screaming don't come near the platform I'm still be there and nobody knows the different so I've been released and I was going to Morrell heading out in the woods one morning two days afterwards I was like 2 miles from the shop and then all the sudden this elderly gentleman asked me if I need a ride so I took it to ride and then the man introduces himself as the two city cops his grandfather that was there the night prior in the morning of and then he goes and starts asking about the shop I have since figured out that there was a whole bunch of people involved in I have a whole bunch of if there's motorcycle stolen out of one of the properties my friend owned a bill and then there's a couple of the little boys that are involved in on it but here's my deal I want I just want my coins those were my coins and my friends coins I want them coins back I want the charges dismissed they tried to offer me a core of pre-course diversion where they drop him next year if I go to classes I told him no I said why would I do that why would I go to class to spend my own money and time when I'm freaking innocent I said you need to get the best cam footage you need to get the car footage because inside the car when I asked why I was being charged with that shit they told me because of my lack a statement now I have three I have since they went to court I'm in compliance with free trial court and when I went to court since I went and signed the papers for the pre-order conversion cuz I'm innocent Janae the judge look at my attorney who's at my attorney ignores me sets my court date out for a trial but he decides it's not going to I'm not going to have a jury trial that he just got to decide on it well there's already a police report stating that they recanted I even had a weapon so how do I have these weapons charges to begin with and who will help me because I have no one to help me and I already had a band that some man in a van pick me up threatened me with a gun and everything already and no one I have no player to get help
