We kayaked to the island. He saw monkeys there and even crocodiles. He loved to hunt crabs on the beach and was a mouse hunter too. He was the best dog I ever had and I miss him a lot. I was surprised to see her off a leash as they are known for being runners. Having been the parent + grandparent of 2 shibas I know they are great dogs but hard headed and quick to chase (since they have hunting instincts) and run away (as they are super curious about EVERYTHING).

My shiba Inu came from a Amish family that left it outside in a cage with his siblings and mom for most of its 8 week life. He didn’t know how to react to the toys we got him, but after patience and lots of playtime outside. He is the best decision I have ever made.
The video made me feel so calm and happy, like everything is gonna turn out ok. Things have been really rough lately because of the pandemic and it’s effects on my health and the economy.
Our daughter had to put down her Shiba, Kashi, today. It couldn’t be put off any longer, but she lasted 17-18 years. She was amazing and she and I spent a lot of time together over the years. I’ll really miss her and truly hope to see her again someday. For those who have these amazing dogs, cherish the time you have with them. It goes by way too fast.

I also had a Shiba Inu, but died of illness in July of this year. She was 12 years old.
When I remember her, I'm still very sad.

My shiba Inu came from a Amish family that left it outside in a cage with his siblings and mom for most of its 8 week life. He didn’t know how to react to the toys we got him, but after patience and lots of playtime outside. He is the best decision I have ever made.
The video made me feel so calm and happy, like everything is gonna turn out ok. Things have been really rough lately because of the pandemic and it’s effects on my health and the economy.

Our daughter had to put down her Shiba, Kashi, today. It couldn’t be put off any longer, but she lasted 17-18 years. She was amazing and she and I spent a lot of time together over the years. I’ll really miss her and truly hope to see her again someday. For those who have these amazing dogs, cherish the time you have with them. It goes by way too fast.

Awesome Video & Editing! And it is nice to see how well you have raised Haribo! I just got my Shiba a few months back and Love The Adventure with him! His name is Canik, and he loves the outdoors! We walk in the woods almost daily and play! Many hours outside are very important for a calm, happy and healthy Shiba. Most definitely, they are unique and great companions. I’m fortunate to be able to take him to work with me everyday! So he is always on an adventure! Love ❤️ & Peace ☮️ To You Both and Lil Haribo!
