After all the changes to hydra and then this new chimera - this fusion could have been awesome if it brought decrease speed along with her block buff skill. Freeze probably falls in one of the lower tiers of crowd control for arena and Sir nich isn't going to do enough damage to ever be meta arena. Her kit seems lost. Neither awesome in arena nor strong in new PVE content. clanboss and other old content is where she can shine if someone has sir nich but there are so many options these days. Tired of such mediocre fusions especially when tougher content are being rolled out and existing content was made tougher. Honestly feels like diluting the void pool. I don't think any end game player or OG CC is going to be thrilled with pulling her from void shard.
She's not top tier but a 3 turn full team revive alone makes her good for a lot of content. I don't see her making it into many end game teams for people with a massive champion pool but for the majority of players she's strong.
Honestly, they could have done such a simple buff with Sir Nicholas, without needing to change him a single bit. My idea would have been to add a passive in Lady Noelle that reads something like "if Sir Nicolas is on the same team, his damage is increased by 20%" or "his attacks ignore 20/30% defense". People would still need to do the fusion to get the so-called buff, but it would give way more usabilityto the duo, without making them overpowered.
Aside from Cardinal, she's the only champ with a revive that will allow all your champs to take a turn after reviving them. For that reason alone, she's worth it, imo. Build her in resistance, revive, freeze the enemies, and then all your team gets a guaranteed turn. She works as either a go-first, or a go-second, since she can freeze without reviving.
I do like her visuals but she is useless for me.. sadly I went for the titan event already, I wish I could get my shards back and ignore that event too
She should be immune to sheep in her passive, Plarium are absolute donkeys. People will just sheep her with Armanz instead because she has the anti sheep skill, revive, healing and freezes. Sheeping her is worth more than sheeping anyone else on the team.
Seems fine, i think initial reception would have been better if they didn't advertise the worthlessness of pairing with Sir Powerkrept or if they also buffed him instead of saying they have no plans to becauss they can't see how sad he is by today's standards.
I still think Plarium/MTG should bring out a mythical that has a passive where all allies ignore 25-35% of defence on enemies under a freeze debuff. Imagine how strong freeze champions would be with this champion. The biggest drawback for freeze is that defense bonus. There should be a champ that counters this bonus other than Supreme Athel....
Hello, I have 2 full team revivers already - Senna and Pythion. The revive from Senna makes the revived attack together, so they might die again from the reflection. This lady Noel seems good and can at least help me in faction wars.
Freeze is probably the worst CC, because it makes the fight drag on longer. They really should have given her passive the ability to do more damage to frozen enemies. And with Nick being useless right now the pair kinda sucks. Even though I'm sure they will buff him after her fusion is over just to piss off everyone that skipped her.
She will be good to use just like kaja, their partner is just there to make them better. Timit and Sir Nick is a joke compared to Taras and Narses for HP based couples synergy. I don’t know why but I think Timit is the most squishy HP based champ with long cooldown, without kaja he’s totally useless. Same as Sir Nick, if Noelle got ban then what he has to offer with today’s meta?
I think she's good for midgame, but not indispensable for end game. However, I'd like to see any synergies she has with other revive boosters or freezers.

I can tell you don't care about Sir Nic because you didn't even show his stats. I have 2 of them & I know you have better gaer than me. You & Nubs just didn't build him to do damage. Hp +104141,Cr+27,Cd+70 in frost ,speed set average between 55k&77k hit on A1 there a2 hit for what your a1 hit 40k

Buffing Sir Nic’s damage and making him do bonus damage against frozen enemies could make him relevant

Gurgoh the auger, his passive now completely eliminates the 25% reduction in damage.

ill just run both noel and sir nic as supports. i think they pair well with supreme athel and oden. also since all are void we get the 40% oden aura

Yo Skratch, stop using decrease defense/weaken on the Ram form. Your dmg dealers won't die so quickly and will survive long enougb to deal some damage
