okaaaay!!! so this works! But in more ways than one- and I've been on both ends where I've been frustrated and wondering why it's not working for me and then shifted into a feeling of' letting it go' by that I mean letting it go, the person, the desire, the need- take them off the pedestal it's hard to do consciously so literally get frustrated and find a show to watch, eat some food and then don't fight it.
