Think I've read that you're NOT supposed to manually pull the slide back since that's how they throw the shells. Breaks the mechanism I believe. Can't confirm until I get mine.

Sadly, there's no safety and the slide release is not really good because when you release the mag, it will automatically release the slide. But the quality of this toy is really good, there's Glock version that done the better job at mag and slide release, but the quality is not really good as this USP one.
