hi, could you tell me more about the cars? poly bushings, m3 arms, diff and other small details etc? A great car btw! I dont know if mye91 wagoon 325 is too heavy haha.
I don't know why you say you're not a good passenger. You don't grab the driver, you don't scream, you don't pass out, pretty GOOD passanger by my standards. ;)
You can see how Misha enjoyed himself by staying quite and going full send and I love the fact that the owner decided to upgrade everything except for power because he knows he's not yet utilising the full power of the car. At leas now he knows for sure. Fantastic episode 🤩🤘
At my work we have build 6 130i rental cars for the circuit training or rental. These cars are great. Fast and reliable most of them have done more than 300k kilometers and the engines just keep going.
He wasn't about to yack. He was holding back laughter, genuinely impressed about the whole situation. Misha came through absolutely thrashed his car and tossed the keys back and said thanks. Boss tings.
N52B30 for the win. Absolute awesome engines. My E82 has almost all the works done except a big brake kit. Underside all M3 upgraded, KW v3 and an OS Giken Superlock LSD. Maybe next summer I’ll go and see if Mischa wants to drive it.
This shows that you don't need that much power to drive flat out! You just need a VERY well set up car,and that's it! As it's the first time i've seen you Misha drive flat out and enjoy doing so... beautiful lap that was!!!
@Max As the saying goes, it's more fun to drive a slow car fast than drive a fast car slow. (Note: the car Misha's driving is *not* slow, but you get my meaning.)
I have just purchased the three door BMW 130i SE same brakes, Birds Setup suspension LSD. It looks like Im in for some fun that is poetry in motion for us mear mortals. Great the trust Misha had in the car straight away, extraordinary lap, thank you both.
The lap was ~8:13. That's quite fast. The car behaves perfectly and the gear ratios are perfect to this track. Very experienced driver and very surprised but clever owner. Epic video in every aspect :D
These 130i's are a good platform to build on. There's a few options for : brakes - both BMW (6 pot performance brakes like this, or 140i 4 pots) and aftermarket; suspension - a few off the shelf kits close to OEM and many other aftermarket options; LSD - both BMW and aftermarket. I have a full E9X M3 rear end fitted to mine (which just needed the M3 prop modified to fit), along with F-series front brakes, BC racing coilovers, and an M3 rack going on soon (to convert from EPAS to HPAS), along with a few other bits. If you want some cheap fun in a car buy a 130i.
hey, i have an e82 125i and i was wondering if you had any details about the EPAS-HPAS conversion? there’s not much info on the internet about it. thanks!
@@eyhrbd492I have BC BR-RH and they are OK. Not bad for the price but I upgraded to KW V2's and they are much more planted, a bit crashy so worse for daily driving but better on the track.
Well set up, perfect power/weight imo and good gear ratios as well. This looks like a lot of fun. I would install a larger oil cooler to keep it below 115°C.
If I recall correctly, that issue can at least be adressed via a software flash of the ECU telling the thermostat to run colder temps.A friend of mine had the same Problem with Oil Temps in his 135i, MHD enabled him to set the temp target and he also replaced the valve to the oil cooler to be permanently open.
I also saw that oil temp is quite high, but I am wondering if the sensor or the gauge works fine. They started the lap and already had 110°C. The other question is if the car was pushed hard before that lap. 😉
To see you overtake a ferarri, in a car that has 265hp stock makes my heart warm, it totally shows its all about the driving and the skills. Keep up the good work
I love when you're telling him you've got to jump out of the car his brain is still trying to process what's just happened. Great lap, a great little car and another great vid 👌🏻
Great driving, great setup, looked very controllable and the owner/setup person looks like he didn't expect it to be that quick :D Also woah, 338000km! Impressed with so many stock parts still!
Shit this was mad funny:D his expression pure Gold, also the fact that he forgot how to speak at the end just shows how capable the car is. Good Video as always
Love this guys expression. A perfect balance of sheer joy and terror. Helps someone like myself, who has never been on the ring, understand how intense it must be.
Estas son las vueltas que mas nos gustan ver, ver el auto al máximo entregando todas sus capacidades es genial, por supuesto su conducción Misha es increíble demasiado bien
Seeing the angle your knees are sitting at, I feel for you. How you can still drive like a maniac even when uncomfortable and, as always, first time in the car never ceases to amaze
He's right, those were some pretty funny faces he was making. He looked like he was a test subject for a crazy new roller coaster ride. I was wondering if he was going to pass out. He kept tugging on that harness but it was as tight as it was going to get. 😂! Great video Misha. I liked when he said " setup is by ME!". Proud moment for the young man. Big ole smile on his face.
One of the funniest passenger expressions I've seen on the channel. I thought he was ready to bail out a few times. Misha may need to start carrying a vomit bag for his passengers. 😂
When the tires get warm it seem like this 130i it's a monster in the corners.. seems like it carries momentum really well. At first with the cold tires it was sliding around a good bit. Lol seems SUPER fun.
I guess this video shows how a well set up car (brakes, tires, suspension, etc) makes for a predictable overal package, that even though is less exciting than 600hp+ cars, and less dramatic on video, definitely makes for vehicle capable of setting solid laptimes, outperforming many more powerful and expensive cars. Good driver also helps :)
I would expect the clutch to be replaced at least once for that much use but other than that, it should be perfectly okay because it's still stock. And I would assume multiple CVT joints have been replaced, too.
Omg I would have pissed myself, that was just pure raw driving. The skills and plus knowing the track and getting into a strangers car and handling with finesse…..I just can’t describe what a great driver you are. Bless you Misha for sharing us your skills and what viewers cars can do.

Yes u can, in coupe form, buy 128i coupe in manual, + E9X suspension arms front and rear, rsfb to M or ploy, square tire setup, rear diff from auto 128i to 3.73, 3 stage intake, update dampers, larger brakes from varies E9X 335i or any F2X/F3X multi pots direct fit fronts, rear caliper from sedan with larger single piston to balance front 42mm, and 1 series gets close to EU spec. You don't grab the driver, you don't scream, you don't pass out, pretty GOOD passanger by my standards. ;)
A prime example of why lightness, suspension, and a good setup, is always more fun to drive than something with 800hp. That thing looked hooked UP.
Exactly what I was thinking. Car is built very well
My thoughts exactly!!!
I'd have a lot more fun drag racing an 800hp car than this. I'd also have way more fun in an 800hp GT2 RS MR than this.
